Watercolour
Soft washes on paper.
- Where every new portrait starts
Pet portrait from photo
Upload a photo of your dog, your cat or the people you love and get a portrait of it in watercolour, fine line art, cartoon, minimal or pop art, sized for the frame and ready for a print shop.

Styles
Every style keeps what makes the photo theirs: faces, markings, the collar and the tongue out. The style changes how it is painted.
Soft washes on paper.
Fine black ink on white.
Bright, bold and friendly.
A few flat shapes, muted colours.
Screen-print colours, halftone dots.
Frame sizes
Pick the frame before you start. The portrait is painted for its shape and delivered at print resolution, so a print shop takes it as it is.
A landscape photo gets the same size turned on its side.
What you get
One upload makes every file below. The print file has its resolution written in, so it prints at the size you chose.
Sized for the frame at 300 dpi, ready for a print shop
The picture as painted, before it was cut to the frame
Kept beside the portrait, untouched
How it works
No painting skills, no resizing, no guessing at print resolution. You choose the style and the frame.
A pet, a person, a couple, a whole family. The photo is never cropped before it is painted, so nobody loses a head or a tail.
One of 5 styles and one of 3 frame sizes. The portrait is painted for the frame's shape and enlarged to print size.
Download the print file and send it to any print shop or photo lab, or print it at home on good paper.
Who it's for
The one on your phone that deserves more than a phone.
A framed portrait of someone's dog or their family, for a birthday, a wedding or a new home.
A favourite photo of a pet who is gone, painted for the wall rather than left in a folder.
A matching set: the dog in watercolour, the cat in line art, the family in the same frame size.

That is what the styles are built around: the face, the markings and the details people notice, like a collar or a tongue out, are kept. The best results come from a sharp photo with the face clearly visible.
Yes: one person, a couple or a whole family, with or without the pets. The photo is fitted to the frame without cropping, so everyone in it is painted; only a thin edge of the finished painting is trimmed.
Send the print file to any print shop or photo lab and ask for the size you picked. It is made at 300 dpi with that written into the file, so it prints at the right size without resizing.
The artwork file is the whole painting before it was cut to the frame, so you or a print shop can crop it another way.
Only you. Portraits are private to your account and never appear in the public catalogue.
Yes. The portrait is yours: sell the print or the file, or take commissions with it, on every plan, including the free one, with no licence to buy. The one condition is that you hold the rights to the photo you started from.
